Water retention usually starts from 13 weeks, normally due to hot weather or standing for a long period of time. The roller will assist with swelling, leg cramping which will improve sleep. 

Direction: Apply on feet and lower legs before bed.

Stage of pregnancy: Second trimester and third trimester
